Extraction systems for oil mist and emulsion mist
OEN series
The OEN series from TBH has been specially developed for extracting oil and emulsion mist in metalworking. The use of cooling lubricants is usually unavoidable in machining processes such as drilling, turning, milling, or eroding. This produces extremely fine aerosols that can enter the ambient air, be inhaled, or settle as an oil film on machines and floors. This poses a significant health and accident risk, which is why the employers’ liability insurance association prescribes the use of suitable filter and extraction systems.
Depending on the composition of the process air, the OEN series offers tailored solutions: The OEN155 with special oil filter cartridges ensures long service life for pure oil or emulsion mist. For additional particle content, the OEN150 or OEN710 with aluminum mesh liquid separator, saturation filter, and H13 particle filter are used. The OEN series thus ensures reliable air purification and safe recirculation of the purified air into the workspace.

OEN 155 - OEN 250
Suitable for larger quantities of cooling oil mist and cooling emulsion mist, in metal processing using cooling oil and cooling emulsions with no or only a small particle content
OEN 150 - OEN 710
Suitable for medium quantities of cooling oil mist and cooling emulsion mist with particulate content, metal processing using cooling oil and cooling emulsions with particulate content.

Simply done by removing the particle filter and filter cartridge from above or the front.
