TFS 500 – The proven extraction system for laser welding fumes and dust

The TFS 500 is the optimal choice for professional use in welding fume extraction and in automated production environments. It is IFA-tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15012-1/-4, complies with TRGS 528 and has W3 certification for the highest safety requirements. Compared to the 200 series, the TFS 500 offers up to four times longer filter service life and longer maintenance intervals, which significantly reduces downtime. The system is available in STANDARD and PLUS versions (with activated carbon filter) and can be individually configured with an extraction arm, spark arrestor, or gravity separator—an industrial-grade extraction solution that can be flexibly adapted to your production environment.
