FP 200 ATEX series

The FP200 ATEX from TBH is a specially developed filter cartridge system for combustible, non-metallic dusts in potentially explosive areas of ATEX Zone 21. It meets the requirements of the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU (EX II 2D/3D – Ex h III B T80 °C Db/Dc) and is equipped with six self-cleaning, antistatic filter cartridges that are automatically cleaned of dust by targeted bursts of compressed air. This ensures that the extraction performance remains stable even under high dust loads.

The system must be installed outside the potentially explosive zone and offers an additional level of safety for applications such as laser technology, plastics processing, or transfer processes involving dry, combustible dusts. With its robust design and intelligent filter technology, the FP200 ATEX ensures reliable dust separation and a safe system concept in ATEX-relevant production environments. The customer receives a specific explosion protection document for the overall assessment (TBH system + customer environment).
