With the new building in Straubenhardt, TBH GmbH is investing in the future of the location. On this page, we will provide regular updates on the current construction progress of the new production and logistics building as well as the adjacent parking garage.
The new building is being constructed on Heinrich-Hertz-Straße in Straubenhardt. The plans include approximately 4,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space, as well as a parking garage with 50 parking spaces. The new building is designed for sustainable use and includes features such as a green roof, solar panels, charging stations for electric cars, and district heating. Completion is currently scheduled for late 2027.

Floor slab and next steps in the structural work
April 2026
The new building in Straubenhardt has reached the next visible stage of construction. In April 2026, the floor slab will be poured in two sections.
This lays an important foundation for the rest of the structural work. The ground floor walls will be erected in May 2026. Following that, the floors above the ground floor, the walls of the upper floor, and the floors above the upper floor will be constructed in succession.
Completion of the structural work is currently scheduled for November 2026. Interior work will begin thereafter.
Groundbreaking Ceremony and Project Launch
October 2025
On October 15, 2025, the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new TBH GmbH facility took place in Straubenhardt. The groundbreaking marked the start of construction on a new production and logistics building with an adjacent parking garage on Heinrich-Hertz-Straße.
Representatives from the municipality of Straubenhardt, the municipal council, the architectural firm, Sparkasse Pforzheim/Calw, and employees of TBH GmbH were present at the site. The project represents the long-term development of the location. Plans include new space for production, warehousing, and offices, as well as additional capacity for further growth.
The building is being designed and constructed with sustainability in mind. Features include a green roof, solar panels, charging stations for electric vehicles, and a connection to district heating.
