The GL series stands as "Green Line" for particularly environmentally friendly air filtration. We specifically have designed it considering the protection of the environment by programming it to require less power than usual extraction systems. The energy-saving and noiseless blowers used are barely noticeable in noise-sensitive environments such as laboratories and offices. It is possible to save up to 65% energy.

High adsorption power

The adsorption of the gaseous substances takes place with activated carbon granules (physical adsorption).

It collects a very wide range of gases and odors. If requested, special mixtures are possible that are adapted to each customer's process. For more info ask our TBH sales team.

TBH extraction systems for your processes

Laser technology

Lasers are very versatile. Laser technology can be used to process metals, wood and plastics. Laser fumes and laser dusts are dangerous to human health and therefore have to be extracted. Only a laser fume extraction system protects employees properly from harmful particles in laser dusts and laser fumes. Mobile extraction solutions can be easily moved around and ensure a workplace free from laser fumes.  

Soldering

In the process of soldering, two different materials are joined together by melting. This lets arise fumes which contain harmful particles. Soldering fume and extraction systems protects workers from harmful particles in these fumes. Extracting soldering fumes is the only way to be properly protected during soldering. 

Welding/Grinding/Cutting

Extracting welding fumes or grinding dusts is crucial because welding, grinding and cutting relase very fine particles from the processed surface. When these dangerous substances penetrate deeply into the lungs, they can cause severe illnesses. Only an extraction system for processes like welding protects enough from inhaling hazardous substances according to several welding fume regulations. 

Plastics processing

Almost every industry processes plastics these days. These processes let emerge abrasive dusts or vapors which make extracting in plastics processing inevitable. Technical glass

Glass production is very hot. The high temperatures required for melting allow gases to rise, which contain large quantities of environmentally hazardous substances. The hot or cold terminal layer releases tin or titanium chlorides in the acid polishing, for example, hydrofluoric and sulfuric acid. These have to be necessarily extracted because they are harmful to human health.

Manufacturers of electronic products work with small or tiny elements. Highly toxic materials such as arsenic or phosphorus are often used to modify the properties of semiconducting substances. Solvents on the microchips are used to remove contaminants that pose a burden on the environment and on employees. Therefore, fume extraction is very important in electronics production. Processes for working with vapours/gases

The filtration of gases and vapors is much harder than solid particles. Due to their chemical structure, they can easily go through most filters. In order to extract and filter gases or vapors properly and reliably, special filters are needed.
