Lasers are very versatile. Laser technology can be used to process metals, wood and plastics. Laser fumes and laser dusts are dangerous to human health and therefore have to be extracted. Metal machining processes produce many chippings. Extracting during machining and milling protects from inhaling tiny particles formed in these processes, as well as in truning, drilling and grinding. Due to the thermal influence of the manufactured components, pollutants penetrate deep into the lungs and can lead to serious diseases.
