STRAUBENHARDT - From February 20th to 21st, 2019, TBH GmbH from Straubenhardt will present their filter and extraction systems in booth D12, at the trade fair FMB Süd in Augsburg. The company from the Black Forest developed the filter systems BF5 and BF10, which are two devices that are compact and easy to handle. They are individually adapted to different production processes as well.
Manufacturing technology for metalworking produces many harmful byproducts. Soldering fumes and laser emissions are only two examples. Therefore, appropriate extraction systems must be equipped with appropriate filter systems. The modular construction principle of the BF5 and BF10 filter systems enables the individual adaptation of the systems to different customer requirements with different filter concepts. Depending on the process, the systems safely filter any pollutants from the air. During extraction, the air flows through the detection element and the hose into the system and through the filters. Harmful particles stick to those filters. Only clean air penetrates the filters and returns to the room.
The systems are equipped with either a combined or activated carbon filter. Both filter variants can be exchanged without tools after saturation. In addition, the systems can be equipped with an extraction arm or other detection elements. The smaller compact device BF5 is particularly suitable for small amounts of dust and solder smoke. Both filter systems have the new Inspire control electronics. This provides data on the filter saturation, the temperature and the speed. The user can set all parameters directly on the system and read the values on the display.
The machines have castors to allow placing the devices easily where the workers need them. Due to the small dimensions of the equipment, there is enough space for producing machines in the environment and employees.
